c. We do not guarantee exact colour, texture, finish, or material matching due to screen variations, supplier availability, and manufacturing tolerances.
a. Any quotation or Order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase our Products or Services.
b. An Order is considered accepted only when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, receive the required advance payment.
c. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order due to availability issues, design feasibility, pricing errors, or incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
a. All prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
b. We may require partial or full advance payment before manufacturing or service commencement.
c. Payment milestones, deposits, and balance payments will be confirmed by us prior to Order acceptance.
d. Payments must be made through bank transfer or other payment methods approved by us.
a. Production, delivery, and installation timelines provided by us are estimates only.
b. Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, customs clearance, site conditions, or force majeure events shall not constitute a breach by us.
c. Our delivery and installation services are primarily limited to Dubai and the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
d. Additional charges may apply for urgent timelines, restricted access sites, after-hours work, or special installation requirements.
a. Custom-made and made-to-order Products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has started.
b. Any standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return only if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, subject to our inspection and written approval.
c. All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the Order stage.
d. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may exclude administrative or processing costs.
a. Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
b. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, site conditions, or installation by third parties not appointed by us.
c. Warranty claims must be reported to us within the applicable warranty period with valid proof of purchase.
